Public feedback

Members of the public can submit written feedback to the Vaccine Allocation Advisory Group and the Minnesota Department of Health for their review. Please submit feedback in the form (linked) by 5 p.m. (CST) on Jan. 7, 2021, for consideration at the next advisory group meeting. Feedback submitted before this form was available is being provided to the advisory group and does not need to be resubmitted.

    Who is going to notify us when we can get vaccine and where they will be given? My husband and I are 76 and 82..with health problems. Will they come to the house? I have not found any information about this. Will we get a phone call or information in the Mail?
    HOW AND WHERE? Any information would be great fully appreciated. We haven’t left our home since March!
