Minnesota Public Health Association
Since 1907, MPHA has been dedicated to creating a healthier Minnesota through effective public health practice and engaged citizens.
|
The Health Equity Committee facilitates MPHA’s role in advancing health equity in Minnesota by convening public health professionals to learn about equity efforts, share promising practices, and document as appropriate; with the Policy Committee, to monitor legislative activity and offer policy analysis related to equity and health; and to connect with other APHA affiliates to learn and share health equity efforts.
The Health Equity Committee currently meets every 3rd Thursday from 5:30-7:30PM CT. Click here to register for the next meeting.
Please contact the committee co-chairs at healthequity@mpha.net to learn more about the committee and ways to become involved.
We look forward to your involvement with the committee!
