Dear MPHA Colleagues:

Please note, there will be a responders conference by WebEx on Oct 22, 2019 from 10 am to 12 pm CT. Information about the WebEx is included in the RFP.

 

Questions about the RFP should be sent by email to dhs.HIVgrantsmanagement@state.mn.us

 

The question and answer period will close on November 7, 2019 at 4 pm CT. Questions and answers will be posted on the RFP website.

 

Proposals are due no later than 4 pm CT on November 22, 2019.
