Are you an organization, business, or entrepreneur that is addressing health equity in the Twin Cities? If so, the American Heart Association is proud to launch two programs that will provide grant funds to you!

First, The EmPOWERED to Serve Business Accelerator provides financial grants and business training to women social entrepreneurs who are addressing health inequity for women in the Twin Cities. To learn more, click here.

Second, the Social Impact Fund will offer up to $1 million in funding for businesses and nonprofits that are working to sustainably address health disparities for residents in the Twin Cities. Please join the Town Hall on December 16 at 10AM to learn more about this grant.
