Many students have been outspoken in demanding climate justice, and the American Public Health Association’s Center for Climate, Health and Equity seeks to integrate these efforts into a national movement advancing policies that address the health equity impacts of climate change. That’s why the Center is proud to offer a new opportunity for students and student groups to foster dialogue and spur action about these issues on campus.
The Center will select up to five college or university students or student groups to create a Campus Experience during National Public Health Week (April 6-12, 2020). We want students to be creative in how they design a meaningful campus experience that sparks a dialogue on the important connections between climate change and health inequities and inspires action on their campuses.
