The Minnesota Department of Health invites you to provide us feedback on the use of Minnesota’s Juul Settlement funds for youth e-cigarette prevention and cessation by participating in one of the opportunities outlined below. It is imperative we hear from a broad set of communities and organizations to ensure these funds address racial and health equity. Feedback gathered through this process will help guide the development of funding opportunities and other initiatives aimed at decreasing the harm from e-cigarettes on Minnesota youth.
Interested individuals and organizations are encouraged to participate in one of the following opportunities:
- Attending an in-person session (details provided below)
- Attending a virtual input session with a facilitated discussion (details provided below)
- Completing the Minnesota JUUL Settlement Online Input Survey by February 23, 2024
The goals of these input sessions are to:
- Increase awareness of the settlement funds, their purpose, and requirements of the legislation.
- Gather input from a diverse group of community partners to help inform how settlement funds will be used.
