Applications are now open for health centers to participate in the third and final round of the Midwest Adolescent Health Project!
In this initiative, we will be working throughout the Midwest to help pediatric and youth-serving practices in rural and underserved communities provide youth-friendly health care for adolescents through engagement in our evidence-based Adolescent-Centered Environment Assessment Process (ACE-AP). Participating health centers receive:
- Participation in the ACE-AP (Value: $7,500)
- Individualized coaching, technical assistance and resources on improving adolescent-centered care
- $2,500 mini-grant to be applied to staff time, additional educational materials, and travel for adolescent health meetings or conference
- Opportunity for certification as an Adolescent-Centered Environment Clinic by AHI
