Free Fitness Membership Opportunity to Support Women of Color

July 21, 2021 5:15 PM | Anonymous

Cardiomelon is an online fitness company that places emphasis on the important connection between physical exercise (body) and cognitive exercise (brain) to actively encourage and support brain health as well as healthy aging.

Cardiomelon is seeking to fulfill the American Heart Association’s ‘Empowered To Serve’ Grant, which is where we need YOUR help! The ‘Empowered To Serve’ Grant is graciously providing FREE 1-year Cardiomelon memberships to individuals who fit the following criteria:

  1. Women of color
  2. Aged 40 and older
  3. Live in the Twin Cities

The FREE 1-year Cardiomelon membership will allow these individuals to access an array of fun 20-30 minute long online brain and body workout videos for different mobility and ability levels. We would appreciate your kind assistance in finding members in the community who would be interested in this health-promoting opportunity.
