Many Faces of Community Health is a 2-day event exploring ways that safety net providers can improve care and reduce health disparities in underserved populations. Many Faces 2013 will continue our examination of the ongoing impact of health reforms on the delivery of health care to the medically underserved.

Our 2013 theme is "All About Access: Health Reform and the Safety Net." The conference will cover clinical, public policy, and management topics that impact quality improvement and health disparities in primary care settings. The conference emphasizes sharing practical tools, tips, and resources, as well as providing useful information, inspiration, and networking opportunities.

The Many Faces Conference brings together over 300 individuals. Our audience consists of physicians, health care professionals and students; community clinic management and staff; professionals from public health, social services, health plans and government; community health workers; policy makers; health activists and others involved in the community.
