A New Way to Respond to 9-1-1 Calls in Ramsey County
Not every 9-1-1 call is the same, some require police, fire, or medics to be sent while others can be resolved with the help of a public health responder or other professional. Ramsey County's Appropriate Responses Initiative (ARI) centers partnerships with community to develop new responses to 9-1-1 calls to better meet the needs of callers. Learn more about what ARI is and the responders that support resident needs.
Presenter: Luis A. Rosario, Public Health Responder Clinical Services, St. Paul – Ramsey County Public Health, and partners.
