Join this nonpartisan lunchtime legislative training series to learn digestible, shareable, and actionable knowledge about our state’s legislative process. This series is co-hosted by the Minnesota Public Health Association, Minnesota Rural Health Association, and Minnesota Oral Health Coalition.

Presenter:  Mark Jones, Executive Director of the Minnesota Rural Health Association. Mark has held this position since 2018. His career in health care began three decades ago as a Paramedic in a rural community.

Mark has a great deal of EMS, Critical Access Hospital, and rural health advocacy experience. As a resident of a rural Minnesota community, Mark has a very personal interest in the future of rural healthcare. He is dedicated to seeing that all rural Minnesotans have access to health care and healthy living.
