MN Ending Disparities in CKD Leadership Summit
"Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a costly disease multiplier, disproportionately impacting communities of color. Of the estimated 642,000 adults in Minnesota living with CKD, 9 out of 10 are not aware that their kidneys are impaired."
Join the National Kidney Foundation on Wednesday, July 24th, from 9:00-11:00 AM CT via Zoom at the launching of Minnesota's roadmap that will guide public health and healthcare leaders in a collective cultural shift in primary care toward increasing the early diagnosis and management of CKD. This roadmap is the culmination of a learning and action effort engaging key healthcare and public health stakeholders across the state.
The virtual Ending Disparities in Chronic Kidney Disease Leadership Summit is open to all stakeholders with the goal of driving large-scale change through cross-sector collaboration and innovation.
