Healthy Neighborhoods for a Healthy You

When our neighborhoods are healthy, we have the building blocks for healthy lives. That's why the American Public Health Association and the Minnesota Public Health Association are focusing on  Healthy Neighborhoods  during National Public Health Week.

We invite you to do a neighborhood assessment (including photo submission!) and join us Tuesday, April 2, from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM  to talk about what is or is not working our neighborhoods, and what we can do to improve them. If you are unable to use the form, please refer to the questions below. Getting out and going around your neighborhood will help you complete the questions, and you might also need to look up some information online or talk to folks in your neighborhood.
