Understanding Asian American Microaggression

The voice of awareness of identifying and taking accountability for Racism and Intersectionality has been implemented in practice. Still, the visible discrimination and oppression are insufficient to address the other issues associated with microaggression, which affects Asian Americans living with the stigma and burden of emotional, mental, and health. Being deaf from a pathological view by the majority and culturally deaf in the White Deaf Community majority poses Deaf Asian Americans coping with multiple deals daily. The discussion of the layers within the microaggression through verbal, behavioral, and visible in relationships, education, services, workplaces, the media, the community, and the environment provide some insights, consciousness of ownership, and empathic perspectives.
