Building Capacity for Community Health Worker Involvement in Research

The Center for Chronic Disease Reduction and Equity Promotion Across Minnesota (C2DREAM) and Program in Health Disparities Research (PHDR) would like to invite you to an upcoming Health Equity Seminar Series featuring a panel on "Building Capacity for Community Health Worker Involvement in Research" on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 12 - 1 pm CT via Zoom.

Panelists will discuss the integral role of Community Health Workers (CHWs) in research projects related to workforce development. The session covers examples of CHWs' involvement in research and the importance of their contributions and explores strategies to expand opportunities, overcome barriers, and enhance training for CHWs in an engaging and meaningful way.
