At this event, we'll hear from Primary.Health about their work to innovate and collaborate to address health disparities. Primary is a tech-enabled program management platform that organizes, streamlines, and automates cost-effective diagnostic testing, vaccination, and test-to-treat programs at scale. They have been the engine behind thousands of turnkey diagnostic testing sites across 25+ states, including Minnesota, to increase access to COVID-19, A1C, HIV, and STI testing.
