NPHW Meditation for Public Health Practitioners

Join APHA for a guided meditation for public health practitioners experiencing stress and anxiety. You're working tirelessly in the face of the coronavirus pandemic. Take some time for your own mental health at 10:30 a.m. CST on Friday, April 10. We'll spend 30 minutes together, learning about guided meditation, and experiencing two examples of the practice. A link to attend will be sent to those who RSVP.
