It's summer! The weather's warm and it's a great time to help keep our environment safe, clean, and healthy. We hope you will join the Minnesota Public Health Association membership committee in a clean up at Lake Hiawatha July 14th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. 

We'll be volunteering with the Friends of Lake Hiawatha, whose mission is to Mission is to revive the health of Lake Hiawatha by inspiring policy action and fostering community ownership. 

They provide all of the gloves, bags, and other materials needed to do the clean-up. Please dress comfortably and bring any water bottles, sunscreen, bug spray, or anything else that might be helpful.
