You are cordially invited to attend the 2019 Minnesota Health Literacy Best Practices Conference co-hosted by the Minnesota Health Literacy Partnership and the Minnesota Department of Health. This year’s theme is Tools for the Health Care Practice. Participants will learn how to create organizational buy-in for health literacy and walk away with practical skills they can take back to their workplace.

There is no cost for attendance. Participants seeking continuing education credits, may request a certificate of completion with participation hours. Seats are limited.
