Sexual and Gender Minority Health Initiative presents the third annual LGBTQIA+ Symposium. This year's event will be dedicated to LGBTQIA+ children and youth and their medical, behavioral health, and social needs. They invite students, community members, and healthcare professionals to join this free discussion on the role of modern healthcare in the lives of gender and sexuality minority and gender-nonconforming youth. Through expert and patient perspectives and interactive breakout sessions, they hope to offer a multifaceted educational experience. Keynote Speaker: Erica Anderson, PhD, Clinical Psychologist and Professor, University of California San Francisco will present "LGBTQIA+ Youth and Their Health: We've Never Been Here Before".
