Reshaping the Wellness Landscape: The Next 5 Years

 

The coming years will have a dramatic impact on what wellness means to individuals, businesses, social programs, communities, and government entities. As the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is implemented in the United States and more people worldwide aspire to live longer, healthier lives, finding ways to tap into all dimensions of wellness will become increasingly important for individuals of all ages.

 

Attending the 39th Annual National Wellness Conference (NWC) allows participants from around the world to have an integral role in reshaping the wellness landscape by creating a sustainable culture of wellness in their workplaces, in their communities, and in their own lives. At NWC 2014, leading experts in coaching, worksite wellness, integrative health, education, community wellness, physical fitness, mind-body therapies, and related disciplines will share their visions for the future of wellness and health promotion based on best practices and current research.

 

During this highly respected conference, wellness professionals, students, and other well-minded individuals will examine what changes are on the horizon for all aspects of wellness and health promotion, exploringundefinedand experiencingundefinedways to enhance both personal well-being and the well-being of the communities they serve.
